Delivery is Free and Fast to most parts of the UK, Premier next day/Day of choice – home delivery service.

Please check with our sales team before placing an order to confirm we deliver to your area. Some areas have a sur-charge from £50 to £100

We currently carry over 95% of our range always in stock.

We will do our best to deliver your items to you within 10/14 working days UNLESS it is stated differently in the product description or graphical notices for the item you are purchasing. Please read the product description and notices carefully for the correct delivery time for each item. If no specific time has been specified, we will deliver the item to you within 5/14 working days (excluding bank holidays) from the date you receive confirmation that the order has been processed and payment has been taken

If you require a item urgently or require the item to be delivered on a specific date, please email us as per specifications.

Delivery for our Furniture like sofas, dining etc and certain mattresses can take between 10 to 20 Working days.

We use a specialist furniture carrier for over 95% of our deliveries, this ensures that you will receive your goods in perfect condition.

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of charge in any rare case of damage & need to Inform within an hour after delivery . ( Note : Not Refund )

We deliver FREE over most of the UK mainland but we regret we are unable to offer delivery to the following areas: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Isles. We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes AB | BT | DD | FK | GY | HS | IM | IV | JE | KW | KY | PA | PH | PO30-42 | TR21 | ZE.

If you still require delivery, please email us ( sales@unlaxnow.com) and we may be able to help , however you would incur an additional surcharge depends on post code , We will try and keep this as low as possible.

All goods must be signed for by you or your appointed representative. Please make sure anyone accepting your goods has read this page. The exception to this is delivery to business premises. Deliveries made to business premises will have your authority for anybody in the building to accept the delivery on your behalf. We will take no responsibility once the goods have been signed for at the requested address. We are unable to deliver to unattended premises or leave goods outside any address.

Deliveries made by national carriers will be delivered by one man sometimes two and delivered to your front door. The services used will only deliver to the front door of the designated delivery address. This means that if you live in an apartment or a block of flats, the driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please understand that the logistics companies are not insured to enter private premises.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further. Any courier that may deliver items further than the communal door can only do so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer, please note that the company would not be held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door. If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £4.99 and £14.99 for small parcel courier services and from £20.00 and £50.00 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

DELIVERIES TO ANY OFF-SHORE LOCATIONS

Please note ALL deliveries to off-shore Islands will be sent uninsured and all liability is left with the buyer.

Please Note:

If we have tried to deliver to you once free of charge and for any reason you miss the delivery date/time, it will result in a charge of £50 . we will attempt to deliver again on another date however this will concur a fee.

​We do not accept any blame or liability for customers removing or disposing of old goods – we advise to only dispose of any old goods after the delivery of the new goods.

​In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the couriers, HR Foams Ltd will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

​All beds are sold for self assembly, before assembly or contracting any third parties to assemble, please check all fittings/components parts are present as no liability can be taken for additional costs incurred due to missing/damaged items or parts.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging. Once Item is out from its original packaging we do not offer any refund or exchange. Only damaged or faulty item can be refund or exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £50.00 and £250.00 depends on item . This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges on beds/mattresses or on any furniture , simply unwanted or as a change of mind. For Cancelation Once the 24 hour cooling off period has passed, you will not be able to cancel.

These Terms & Conditions applies either we sell Online or Distance selling ( Mail Orders, Text , Phone, what’s app catalogue, FB, Instagram etc )

​It is your responsibility to make sure that the product will fit all stairs, passages, doors, etc. until it reaches the room where you will keep it. Also make sure there will be enough space for the (assembled) product to fit in that room.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us VIA email, phone call, if you are un-sure of sizing and dimensions. We do not offer refunds/exchanges if you are unhappy with the bed colour or material as it is your responsibility to select the correct one at the checkout. The dimensions listed on the website or sent via customer service staff may have a variance of 5%.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge from £50 -£200. Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENTS

In extraordinary circumstances, and wish to Exchange/ Replace an item once its delivered, it may be possible however this is solely at Company’s discretion to offer exchange or Replacement , only to the value providing the Item and is in the original clear packaging. This will however incur a handling fee from £50 – £250 to cover costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item, at their own cost .

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

This clause does not apply to mattresses.
